Meet Calvin
I help organisations bring clarity to complex learning, compliance, and capability environments.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across defence, healthcare, aged care, oil & gas, insurance, and finance in Australia, the UK, the Middle East, and India. That experience has shown me how capability, compliance, and operational reality intersect — and what it takes to make learning genuinely useful.
My work focuses on building learning ecosystems that are practical, trusted, and built to last. From LMS implementations and capability frameworks to governance and transformation initiatives, I help organisations create learning environments that support better decisions, stronger capability, and less noise.
I’ve held significant roles with ASC, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH), YASREF, Citibank, and Aviva. Based in Adelaide, I work with organisations across Australia.
