Services Training partner for system change
Your training partner for system change
New systems succeed or stall on whether people can use them. We help small and mid sized not for profits get their teams ready, with training planned, built and delivered around your go live date.
Implementing a new LMS? We go further, and act as the learning lead on your implementation.
Who needs to learn what, by role. Readiness for change. A plan built around your rollout.
Walkthroughs, short modules, quick reference guides and sessions using your own screens.
Delivery support, adoption checks, completion recorded and capability handed over.
Sound familiar?
Most rollouts get the technology right and leave the people side until the last fortnight. That is usually where adoption is won or lost.
A go live date is set, and training is still an item on the project plan
The vendor offers generic training that does not reflect how your team actually works
Your project team is stretched, and nobody owns getting people trained and ready
Staff are anxious about the change, and some are quietly working around the new system
Frontline and part time staff are hard to get into a room
You need evidence that everyone has been trained before switching the old system off
How we help
Before, during and after go live
Vendor training shows how the system works. We show your people how to use it in the context of their roles, using your processes, your language and familiar screens.
We work out who needs to learn what, by role, and plan training around your rollout and your people’s readiness for change.
System walkthroughs, short eLearning modules, quick reference guides and sessions, built around your own processes and screens.
We support delivery, check adoption, make sure completion is recorded, and hand the capability over to your team.
Vendors know their platform. You know your organisation. We connect the two.
On an LMS implementation, we act as the learning lead on your project team. We translate how you train, enrol, track and report into clear requirements the vendor can configure, then work alongside them so nothing is lost in translation.
The system is set up around your organisation from day one, rather than fixed two years later.
Set it up right, so you never need a Health Check.

For LMS projects
A documented requirements and configuration brief, and a learning lead on your project team.
Small and mid sized not for profits, typically 100 or more staff, moving to a new client management system, CRM, finance platform, intranet or LMS.
HR and project teams are often small, leaving limited capacity to focus on learning.

Questions people usually ask
When should we bring you in?
As early as possible. Training planned alongside the rollout costs less and lands better than training squeezed in the fortnight before go live.
Our vendor provides training. Why would we need you?
Vendor training shows how the system works. We show your people how to use it in the context of their roles, using your processes, your language and familiar screens.
Do you configure the LMS yourselves?
No. On LMS projects we define what the system needs to do and work alongside the vendor while they configure it, so your requirements are not lost in translation.
Do you only work with not for profits?
No, but small and mid sized not for profits are where this support makes the biggest difference, because most do not have a learning team to absorb a rollout.
Got a go live date coming up?
Let's talk about getting your people ready for it. The earlier we start, the less it costs and the better it lands.
