A finished minute is the time a typical learner spends completing the module. You receive a fixed quote once we have reviewed your scoping brief and source material. Minimum 10 finished minutes. All prices in AUD, excluding GST.

Many projects move quickly, so we keep the process light. Most single modules take 3 to 4 weeks from brief to delivery, depending on how quickly drafts are reviewed.
We agree the learning gap, the audience, the source material and the right level of build.
We share an early outline or working draft, often mocked up directly in Rise or Storyline, so you can approve the approach before full build.
We develop the module, with two rounds of amends included. Further review rounds may incur additional cost.

Questions people usually ask
What is a finished minute?
The time a typical learner spends completing the module. A 15 minute module is priced at 15 finished minutes.
Will it work in our LMS?
Modules are delivered as SCORM packages, which work in almost every LMS. We confirm the right format during scoping.
Can learners complete it on their phone?
Yes. Modules are built to work on desktop, tablet and mobile.
What if our source material is out of date?
Just send us the updated version before build begins, at no extra cost. Changes identified after build has started, or during reviews, may incur additional cost.
Do we get a storyboard?
It depends on the project. For fast moving work we often mock up a working draft directly in Rise or Storyline, which is quicker to review than a document. For more complex builds we may outline the content first. Either way, you approve the approach before full build.
Can you help us set it up in our LMS?
Yes. If you need it, we advise on how the module should sit in your LMS, including enrolment, completion settings and reporting, so it is recorded properly from day one.
What if something changes after delivery?
Every build includes one free minor amendment for up to 6 months after delivery, such as an updated contact, policy reference or process step. Larger changes are quoted separately.
