Confidentiality
How we approach sensitive information and client trust
Effective Date: May 2026
When you reach out to Tangerine Capability, you may share sensitive information — about your organisation, your systems, your challenges, or your situation.
We take that seriously.
Our Approach
We operate on a clear principle:
Only access what is necessary, use it responsibly, and leave no unnecessary footprint.
This approach reflects the environments we work in — where clarity, discretion, and trust are essential.
What You Share With Us
Any information you share — whether through a contact form, an initial conversation, or during an engagement — is treated as confidential.
We do not share your information with other clients, partners, or third parties.
We do not use your organisation’s situation as a case study or example without your explicit permission.
Access to Systems and Information
In the course of our work, we may be provided access to:
• Learning management systems (LMS)
• Compliance and capability data
• Internal documentation and frameworks
• Organisational and workforce information
Access is always:
• Agreed with the client
• Limited to what is required
• Used only for defined purposes
Who Has Access
Access to information is limited to those directly involved in delivering the work.
We do not provide broader internal or external access.
Use of Information
Information is used solely to understand your environment and deliver agreed outcomes.
It is not repurposed, reused, or retained beyond what is necessary.
Where possible:
• Data is not extracted unnecessarily
• Work is conducted within client systems
• Retention is minimised
Alignment with Client Controls
Where client policies, security protocols, or system controls are in place, we operate within them.
We adapt our approach to align with the organisation we are supporting.
Limits of Confidentiality
In rare cases, we may be required to disclose information where required by law.
Where appropriate, we will inform you in advance.
Formal Engagements
For all engagements, confidentiality is reflected in formal agreements, including non-disclosure terms where appropriate.
Trust
Our work depends on trust.
We treat confidentiality not just as a legal obligation, but as a fundamental part of how we operate.
