Services Compliance Learning Visibility Uplift

Can you prove your staff are trained?

Most organisations deliver plenty of compliance training. The harder part is proving it. When an auditor, a regulator or your board asks who was trained, on what, and when, the answer often takes days of spreadsheet work, or ends in a guess.

This fixed fee review shows exactly where your compliance training stands, and what it would take to make it audit ready.

Sound familiar?

If two or more of these ring true, this review is likely a good fit. None of them mean your team is not working hard. They mean the evidence has not kept up with the training.

Leadership asks what percentage of staff are compliant, and the answer takes days or is a best guess

Nobody has a single, current list of what training is mandatory and who it applies to

Casuals, agency staff, contractors or volunteers are missing from enrolments

New starters work shifts before finishing their mandatory training

Completion records sit in spreadsheets, inboxes or paper sign in sheets

External certificates like first aid and manual handling never make it into the LMS

Expiring certifications are discovered after they lapse

Rostering does not know who is qualified, so shifts end up being unfilled

How it works

The DARE method: four stages, one practical outcome

The aim is not more training. It is making the training you already deliver visible, explainable and defensible.

Who it is for

Organisations where compliance training rests on a few busy people

Typically 100+ staff, where compliance training sits with a small HR team, an L&D manager or a quality manager.

Sectors we work with

Aged care, disability, health, local government, utilities, defence and engineering, financial services

Usual triggers

An audit or accreditation visit, a regulator finding, an incident, or a leadership question nobody can answer

Who we work with

Quality, compliance and risk managers, L&D managers, heads of people

Where

Based in Adelaide, working nationally. Mostly remote, in person when it helps

Questions people usually ask

How much of our team’s time will this take?

Usually two or three working sessions of about an hour each, plus LMS access and any compliance documents you already have.

Do we need an LMS for this to be useful?

No. If your records live in spreadsheets or on paper, the review shows what that means for your evidence and what to change first.

Will you tell us what our legal obligations are?

No. This is professional L&D advice, not legal advice. We map obligations from the sources you hold and flag where legal interpretation is needed.

What happens after the report?

The scorecard and report are yours. You can action the recommendations yourselves, or bring us in for the parts you want help with, such as LMS fixes or new content.

Can you work with organisations outside South Australia?

Yes. Most of the work happens remotely, with in person sessions where they add value.

Wondering how your evidence would hold up?

Book a relaxed 30 minute conversation. No pitch, and if this is not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere useful.
